Hibob is easy to use, the support team is quick and ready to help, and the features meet our expectations.

Big thanks to Chinelo, our account manager at HiBob. She’s been incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and makes sure we’re getting the most from the platform. Working with her has made the whole experience much easier and more valuable for us. A recent example is the time she took to take me through calibration amongst other things.

As for HiBob, it really does save us a huge amount of time. The features are straightforward to use and allow us to focus on the parts of people management that actually add value, rather than spending hours on admin. It’s made a real difference to how we work.

System is quiet user friendly. Support and documentation is top notch (especially compared to previous experiences with UKG). There are some minor areas for improvement, but generally it is workable.

The ai embedded in the system is also oddly helpful for when I get stuck on things. I'd say it has a 60-70% chance of getting me unstuck, which may seem low at first glance but to me this is great!

Overall our experience with Hibob has been great. I'm an Admin user and I find the platform to be very user friendly - not only for us Admin/HR team but also for the employee users.

The platform allows us to report on trends, as well as making the onboarding/offboarding processes quick and simple.

The support team are incredibly helpful, as well as our Account Manager.

When our company decided to implement a new HR system, we chose HiBob because of its user-friendly interface, wide customization options, and the support of a dedicated CSM who is always willing to help with HR-related projects and suggest the best solutions within the platform. After a couple of years of using HiBob, I can confidently say we chose the right partner.

We introduced HiBob over 12 months ago and have been very happy with the software and support we have received. The software is scalable and global, which is what we have needed. It is easy to use as both an employee and an admin. As time goes by we are bringing more and more of their modules together. If you want an intuitive and user friendly HR system, then Bob is what you are looking for

Hibob is a very intuitive system, visually appealing and the automations make my life a lot easier! When we launched, I didn't need to train any of our employees as it's so easy to get to grips with. The tech support is brilliant, as are the account managers, and I love that they're always adding new features.

I have been using HiBob for the last 4 years, and of all the systems I have used (Workday & Bamboo HR), this has been the most intuitive, the simplest for employees and admins to amend. There's lots of amazing features and they keep building out more regularly. The support team are fabulous and so knowledgeable! Overall very happy!

We introduced Bob to our organisation just over a month ago, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From the outset, our employees have been impressed by how user friendly and intuitive Bob is, especially when compared to our previous system. The clear, streamlined interface has made daily tasks more straightforward, saving both time and effort, especially for our People team.

The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, allowing our team to adapt quickly without any significant disruptions to our workflows. What’s even more impressive is the continuous rollout of new features, consistently enhancing the system’s capabilities and keeping it aligned with our evolving needs.

HiBob is an extensive system with many useful tools that have been thought well through. They also offer a lot of guidance, both in form of digital tutorials and customer support over chat, email and video calls. The system makes it possible to have HR tasks automated and run smoothly. I definitely worth recommending!

We are still working our way through implementation and working out how the system will work for us. Some of the modules have proved more difficult to work with but our experience is good overall.

Our experience with HiBob since launch has been extremely disappointing.

Frequent errors and system downtime have caused major disruptions, leading to a complete loss of stakeholder confidence. The platform’s instability has undermined critical processes and created unnecessary pressure on our teams.

Best HR tool to exist. It offers a lot of functionality that reduces a lot of manual overhead. The reporting part significantly does that.

It's a one-stop solution. It caters to core HR, leave management, etc.

Integration with Slack also helped alot, whether it's birthday reminders or day offs.

In short, it made our lives far easier.

The HR tool that gives the feel of a modern-day social media platform. This gives an edge and wants you to use the tool more as compared to other HR tools.

Along with it, the notifications makes it very easier to use. For ex: Birthday reminders, day offs. Integration with Slack also helps.

Very intuitive UI. Easiest while navigating through the tool. Applying leaves, checking birthdays and other notifications are so easy that it seems like why other tools are making it so complicated.

Emails are very neat and clean. Overall, a must tool to have. It eases everything core HR, and related activities.

HiBob is one of the best HR platforms I’ve worked with. It’s intuitive, visually appealing, and helps our People Team work more efficiently across everything from onboarding and time off to performance and reporting. They’re also constantly evolving and improving the product, and their support team listens to feedback and actually implements changes, which is rare and very much appreciated.

That said, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because some modules (like compensation) still have limitations. It’s not quite at the level of a specialist tool yet, especially for more complex comp cycles, so we sometimes have to work around that.

Still, I’d absolutely recommend HiBob to any HR team looking for a strong, flexible core system that’s headed in the right direction. With the pace they’re improving, I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets to 5-star status soon.

Good visibility to who is on leaves on the dashboard. Excellent UI.. very easy to use.

The mobile app is also very responsive.
