Fast and efficient service, good contact between HHI and customer, I would recommend them for your PVC needs.
The fitters were very clean and tidy, they even got down on their knees and hoovered(Phil and his boys were excellent.

Teamwork makes the dream work. From sales, surveyor, office support to fitters and drivers all working together and communicating at every stage supporting each other and me as the customer for the best possible experience. Mindful of pets. Active listening and solution focused throughout. Guttering system Windows and door all as requested. Cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased. Returning customer and would use again

Great service from sales room Gareth, Donna and Abbi, through to the plumber Stefan, the fitter Bart,electrician Michael and joiner James (Jimmy). Very pleasant guys who gave great attention to detail and were easy to have in the house. I would highly recommend HHI.

I recently had a new en-suite bathroom fitted and I’m extremely pleased with over all result, from start to finish the workmanship was of a very high standard, with attention to detail throughout. Overall I would highly recommend HHI for anyone considering a bathroom renovation, the finished en-suite not only meets our expectations but exceeds them in both quality and presentation, thank you Gareth .

Gareth took us through the initial planning of ripping out and refurbing our ensuite in November 2025 - Castlereagh branch. We loved the selection they had in the showroom and we were able to get almost everything sorted in one visit. We were told of the high demand (a good sign in my opinion) so it was April 2026 before work began. Only 4.5 days and a new ensuite was full complete. All trades people were so friendly and made minimal mess (thanks to Neil, Michael and Stephen). Highly recommend for a quality service. All staff are professional and helpful.

We had our bathroom and ensuite refurbished by the company. From the start to finish they were excellent in the the planning of the project and importantly in undertaking the work. It was done in timely fashion and very well managed. Follow up support also impressive.

Just had a new Bathroom designed and fitted through the Newtownabbey branch. Absolutely superb service from the design, removal of old suite and fitting of the new suite. All the tradesmen (Alan, Peter, Gerrard, Neil & Thomas) were very professional and have left us with a stunning new bathroom to be proud off. Our upmost gratitude to Alice for her professional, helpful and knowledgeable advice in the design of our bathroom. Well done all and thank you very much.

Recently had new windows and doors fitted. Nick did an excellent job alongside Matthew. They kept me informed fixed a couple of delivery errors and finished the job to an exceptionally high standard. They were polite and friendly and a pleasure to have in our home! Highly recommend!!

This was an excellent experience all round. From Alice's customer service and helping to pick the right things for the bathroom, to Neil, Bart and John fitting the bathroom to a great standard quickly and leaving the place tidy every day. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased and had installed a new Apeer Composite front door, living room double glazed window and front bedroom double glazed window.
Install was carried out very professionally and meticulously by Nicholas and James.
They were two very polite and good humoured lads who took pride in their workmanship Liked their coffees with two sugars. Very happy with my outcome.

We recently had our kitchen fitted by HHI Kitchens and Fitters and are absolutely delighted with the result. The whole process was quick, efficient and very professional from start to finish. The team worked extremely neatly and kept everything tidy while they were here, which we really appreciated.

The workmanship is excellent and the finished kitchen looks beautiful. Even though the space is quite small, they made great use of it and the quality of the installation is superb.

We had our new bathroom installed last week and we are extremely pleased with the result.everything went as we were told from start to finish.the three men who put the bathroom in place Aaron (plumber),Michael (fitter) and Michael (electrician) were excellent and did a superb job.many thanks Joseph and Kathleen Brennan.

HHI designed and fitted my bathroom which is looking amazing - from first appointment to completion was around 3 months. It was Alice who first helped me to design the bathroom and answer any queries - Joanne who surveyed and each of the workmen who came out to do the work did a great job and were friendly to talk with - they all seemed to be very sure of what they were doing too. I received a £400 discount when it was discovered it would be much too messy to remove the old tilework too.

We went to HHI on the Castlereagh Road to choose/plan out our new kitchen. Jen was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She helped us choose our design in line with our taste, offered brilliant ideas and suggestions, advised us honestly throughout using her expertise, brilliant communication throughout the process too, and her energy was just fantastic! We are over the moon with how the kitchen has turned out. Also, all the team from HHI who came out to the house throughout the process were fantastic too - very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the job was done to perfection. Thank you all very much!

Great job on my recent bathroom install. They were incredibly helpful from the first showroom viewing, through all the planning/survey etc.
Install done midweek across a number of tradesman with good handovers and all mess tidied up. Couldn’t really ask for much more, excellent service and I’d use them again no issue

I would highly recommend HHI Glengormley. I recently got my bathroom renovated and couldn’t be happier. Alice was so good with the design, Bart the joiner, Neil the plumber and Alan the electrician did a fantastic job. They were so professional, clean and tidy and got it all done in 4 days!
