I was kept in touch regarding delivery, and one substitution for a plant which was out of stock. Delivery was on time, and excellently packaged, and none of the plants was damaged, even slighty.

The plants arrived on time and in great condition because they were beautifully packed in straw and nice and moist.

I bought some Thai Basil plants from Hetty's herbs. The plants were good and healthy, the packaging well thought out and protected the plants perfectly. The ordering process was straight forward and delivery on time

Once again, I cannot fault their plants and service.

Plants arrived in excellent condition and look strong and healthy. Very well-packaged and delivered one day after dispatch. Excellent customer service: company accommodated my request to send via Royal Mail due to unreliability of couriers in my remote location. Strongly recommend Hetty’s Herbs!

I just ordered from Hetty's because it was the only place I could find oxslips for sale - but infact, I placed a large order because there were so many fantastic plants available at excellent prices.

They arrived nine days after ordering,were sent well protected with straw and recyclable materials and were in excellent condition on arrival. I will be returning - this order was for plants to naturalise on my father's grave, but I will place another order for my own garde: the price, quality, and variety is unbeatable!

I ordered 10 fairly 'hard-to-find' herb plants and they turned up looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Perfect. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Very reasonable prices too!

Lovely, healthy plants beautifully packaged. They only arrived today, so I can't comment on their longevity. However, the packaging was exceptionally good on two counts: (i) the combination of straw top and bottom, along with wrapping each plant in paper did a great job of protecting the plants; and (ii) ALL of the packing is recyclable / compostable. Pleased to have used the straw to add a bit of dryness to my currently rather damp compost.

Gorgeous quality plants which were well packaged in an environmentally conscious way. Every plant was healthy and flourishing and has thrived after two weeks in my greenhouse. I've had so many terrible experiences with buying plants online that I am delighted to have discovered Hetty's and highly recommend to anyone looking for herbs or strawberries. Wonderful.

I love herbs - they are vital to my quality of life, and they make my garden glorious. Hetty's Herbs understand this, and they nurture and grow their herbs lovingly. I found what I wanted, ordered, and I also got sterling customer service from Hetty's when something was out of stock and they kindly offered a substitution. Also when I needed to make a modification to an order. When the herbs arrived, they were in impeccable condition, expertly and sustainably packaged with no plastics, healthy, robust, and vibrant with vigorous life, absolutely ready for planting. I will be ordering again for sure.

My box of plants from Hetty's Herbs arrived today and it's fantastic. 6 lovely lavenders, perfectly formed, and ready to thrive in my sunny back garden Plus mint, coriander and tarragon - all well established and very healthy.

Packaging was great, each pot carefully wrapped in damp newspaper, and with little wooden supports to further protect each one. Straw padded out the box keeping everything safe and secure.

It's obvious Hetty's Herbs take great pride in what they do, customer service is excellent too - shout out for the lovely Claire who is super helpful.

Hetty's Herbs set a high standard and I will definitely be ordering again in the future. Highly recommended.

Really delighted with my creeping thymes and lavenders. Healthy plants, more carefully packed than any other plants I've ever received by mail. They are all establishing well. Would definitely recommend Hetty's.

I received my first order and was absolutely delighted. All of the herbs were well packaged so none damaged in transit. The quality of the herbs was exceptional with a very strong root system in all of them.

Absolutely the best. For several years now I have ordered herbs from Hetty’s. The order I received this week, as with previous orders, arrived so well packed. Easy to order, excellent post sales communication and delivery. My 3 typed of thyme Plants arrived in perfect condition,expertly packed in newspaper and straw. I was nervous buying from a company that I’d never heard of but would now recommend 100%.

Excellent. Seven herbs arrived in biodegradable packing, which can be used in the planting.They were planted in mid April, in our shared garden for our block of flats, in an area that had previously become overgrown. We are now at the end of May, and the herbs are thriving, despite the foxes, dogs and cats.We will start using the herbs next week.
