Do not use this company, they will high jack your Facebook page and then when you cancel will hold you hostage and not give the page controls back to you. Avoid at all costs.

Honestly, guys, I really appreciate our Wednesday sessions—they’ve definitely had an impact on me. I’m learning how to approach every lead and be knowledgeable about the process, but most importantly, how to identify issues they might have so I can become a problem solver for them. Again, I really appreciate it, and let’s keep aiming for more!

My experience with Hesel Media has been incredible and truly life changing. Everything is super organized, and they guide you every step of the way. What stands out to me about Hesel Media the most is the value. For the same price as many of its competitors, we received SOOOO much more! Beyond the basic media buyer/campaign, we get consistent coaching and accountablity, a full stack tech support (we use a different CRM and that was no problem for them), 1x a week sales coaching from a 3rd party trainer from Jeremy MInor (NEPQ) and a very deep and detailed complete KPI tracker. They are responsive to all of my questions and I never feel ghosted and don't have to ask twice or three times (or more) for answers.

I am loving Hesel Media... Especially Carlos. He has gone above and beyond to analyze our lead intake process. From listening to our recorded calls, and coming up with modifications to our script to improve not only offer acceptance but increase our profit margins per deal... You get a lot more than just leads from Hesel. Highly suggest using them in the Real Estate space!!!

My experience with Hesel has been great. The company provides the leads and it is our job as re professionals to maximize and close these leads. My CSM Danny, has been excellent and super helpful along the way on our weekly calls as well as Jesse on the weekly coaching calls. Highly recommend both!

Our first call with Hesel Media was presented as an “evaluation” to see if they wanted to work with us, but it was really a sales tactic meant to create pressure and urgency. They make you feel like you’re being selected, when in reality, it’s a strategy to get quick payment.

After paying, we discovered during onboarding that the service was not actually delivered and nothing matched what was discussed on the sales call. There was no meaningful work done, and the company refused to refund the payment.

This is not a transparent or customer-friendly operation. Be cautious before sending payment they don’t give the service they promise

The third one told me it would cost $15,000 a month just to send out postcards. I was floored! Not only did they fail to explain what they did, but they didn’t take the time to understand my specific real estate needs either.

I can't say enough about how much I enjoy working with this company. Got an ad that is messed up? They're on it asap. Got a minor issue that needs to be addressed? They'll fix it asap. It feels like a true concierge service on managing our ads and such. I think my favorite part of this has been just the ease of use with the CRM and my phone as well, it makes it incredibly easy to stay within the CRM and track all actions/notes without having to hop back and forth between a website and my text messages.
