I reserved my car online ahead of time…
I reserved my car online ahead of time to make it to work on time. I was the only customer on site for pick up, yet the customer service was mediocre and I had to re-answer all the questions in person of what was completed online. I had to ask thorough questions like what I was signing and where to wait outside for my rental which took a while because they had to clean the car. Typically I am asked to look at the car before signing to observe current damages to the vehicle, but this time I was asked to just sign. I took photos on my own in case I would liable of the existing damages. I was late for work given enough time for the process.

I Rent cars from Hertz because of great customer service. With Hertz, I always drive a new car or nearly new. They always take care of any issues, if something comes up. The gas tank is always full. I appreciate that. With Hertz, I get a great car at a fair rate. I am always treated and greeted as a good customer. I like renting my cars from Hertz.
