Hertz is the best!
It was easy to place a request and the pricing was competitive. The agents we interfaced with at pickup and return were professional, friendly, and patient as they reviewed our order. While we didn’t get the car we initially wanted, the car they gave us was great. My only concern was when driving between cities, the car alerted that we needed to change oil NOW. You can imagine my anxiety. My husband was able to speak with Hertz. Your answering system needs to be put caller directly to a human as your AI just added to our concern. The person we finally was routed to reviewed the car’s maintenance and noted we still had several miles before maintenance was needed. This could have been avoided if whoever changed the oil had updated the cars maintenance switch. We’ve rented cars for years and Hertz is still the best

Outstanding personnel at this location. Friendly, helpful, and work to make the experience seamless and personal. They had the perfect vehicle for my needs ready when I arrived for pickup. I've seen them go out of their way to assists others while I'm there too. Best in the area in my experience. Will continue to use exclusively.

Car wasn’t in good condition
Car wasn’t in good condition. Sensors were going haywire. Went to change it and was told it’s fine, they didn’t have another car to exchange. Added an additional driver who should have been free but was charged even though I was told I wouldn’t bc of gold status.
