Excellent rental experience with Hertz! From the moment I picked up my reserve vehicle, the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Even when I returned the car earlier than planned, the same outstanding customer service continued. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The cars at this location (Rockville MD) are always dirty and gas is never full. This time, car reeked of body odor and there was grime all over the windows and inside dash. We asked the rep if the car was cleaned before getting in to it and he said yes and that he had cleaned it himself, it was once again gross.
