The people were terrific, and the pickup and return were both quick and easy. Both offices were neat and clean, and conveniently located. The car was a good choice, and competitively priced. Not Customer Driven
I arrived to pick up the rental and the rental was not ready. I was fine with waiting but not almost an hour due to the vehicle being uncleaned. The staff was unorganized on if they could use a local car wash. Ultimately they could not because they didn't have the right code or link needed. This apparently was a pattern as I was not the only customer with an unclean vehicle. This was not the experience I expected as a frequent traveler.
