The vehicle was extremely dirty and appeared to have never been cleaned on the exterior and the inside smelled like smoke. I picked it up from an external sales lot and it did not have an imagining scanner upon exit. When I returned to the airport the scanner showed damage to the front which was already present when I picked it up and tried to say it happened when it was in my possession.
