What made this experience great was the exceptional level of customer service I received throughout the entire rental process. The team was welcoming, professional, attentive, and made everything extremely easy from pickup through return. I genuinely felt valued as a customer rather than simply being another reservation.

When we rent a car locally, we always go to Hertz. It’s close to home, pretty straightforward and quick. They are also very flexible if you get into an inconvenience and need to extend the time.
Theo customer service is also great and the waiting time from beginning to end is excellent.

Customer Seevice at this location is always great and that’s important to me. The process was painless, and I had my rental ready to go in 15 minutes!

Was given a car with almost empty tank of gas, didn't notice it until I was half way home. Told the same associate I rented it from on return and he apologized and said he would make it up to me if I rented from them again. That's after I just filled it up before returning it. There is a gas station literally beside them.

The agent in pembroke pines fl on August 18 stated the the third-party insurance i purchased when i rented vehicle thru priceline was not recognized or authorized by hertz. And basically stated it be in my best interest to purchase the insurance hertz I was put in a very uneasy situation and purchased insurance thru hertz at double the cost.im a senior so I was placed in a difficult situation I will never rent thru hertz again.
