I didn't get the car until after 12:38. You didn't have the car I requested. I was forced to take an "upgrade." I returned the car at 2:50 PM, ahead of the scheduled deliver per the contract and was charged a late fee anyway, presumably because it was after 12:38 when I left. The charge $436.02. There were cheetos on the floor, a used earbud, and prescription drugs in the car AFTER I waited for it to be cleaned. Nothing went right. Not a damn thing. I will never use Hertz again and I will tell everyone I know.
