Very bad costumer care. Completely useless.
The costumer care representative who booked my reservation incorrectly booked the drop off and I ended up paying 300$ more for no.good reason. The pickup location I initially placed an order from was closed and the nearest location rejected my LEISURE trip pickup and it was a mess of a day.
