Old and busted

Staff were pleasant, but waited for an hour while I watched vehicle after vehicle be assigned, but somehow not to me because the vehicle assigned to me couldn’t be rented because if a glitch in the reservation system. Finally gave me an old EV (70,000 miles) that I didn’t want with half the range that I was told it had. All I did was drive from charger to charger and hope my destination was in between. The trunk was pillaged—full of old undercarriage parts. Then had the gall to try to ding me for a windshield chip that was already there.
