The Gresham Location does not exist

The Gresham Location does not exist! The system will allow you to rent at this location but you will not be able to get a car from this location. They won't tell you this until the day of your rental. Then they will call you and tell you that you need to go to the Portland location and that they will have a car for you by noon like you requested because a couple will be returned at 10am. But when you arrive at 12:30pm, there will not be a single vehicle available. They will not have called you or communicated that they do not have anything for you. So you take time out of your work day to go get your car to find out that you cannot and you are SOL. Horrible service and horrible communication. I know how the rental game works as I work in the rental world. It was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with and I will NEVER use Hertz again. I have also told everyone I know about how shitty the service was and to never ever use Hertz and take your money elsewhere. Now that I am back from my trip, everyone at my work knows about the shitty service too and have been advised to never use this company.
