Terrible company handling of problem with vehicle
I had a problem with my vehicle. Customer service was completely incapable of helping me. Both the office in Gaithersburg and my home office in Pittsburgh utterly failed to address my needs. I have been a regular customer of Hertz for over two years now. After this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Efficient and pleasant experience. Staff had my vehicle clean and ready at my scheduled pick up time. Car was in excellent condition and ran perfectly. Drop off was equally efficient and price was correct. Staff made the car rental the easiest part of my trip.
