The people working there are very helpful. What you can do better is clean inside of windshield. Every time I rent the vehicle I always spend about 15 minutes getting film off the windshield inside of the car. The film makes driving at night and driving into sunlight extremely difficult.

First car I was given had a flat tire. Thankfully I noticed before I left. Second car had a bad alignment, and the seat adjustment options were just terrible for a modern car. Felt like it was the 1980's and I just had to deal with it.
Lastly, I returned the car at 8:05 AM and got charged for an additional hour.

I am writing to express concern regarding my recent rental experience. Despite telling the associate that I was traveling with family for the weekend, I was given a vehicle with mechanical issues.
When I went back to return the vehicle, the location was closed, requiring me to go to the airport location.
This experience was disappointing, as I have typically had better experiences with Hertz.
