The establishment was clean, the manager was friendly, professional and accommodating. I upgraded from a van to a Suburban so I had to wait for them to clean the Suburban, but that was the only inconvenience I experienced. The drop-off was seemless.

Bad all around. Where's my refund!
Your manager at the Fayetteville Ga Pavilion was rude and unbothered by the lack of vehicles for myself and 3 other customers. The car I reserved wasn't available. The manager tried to up sell my reservation cause of the holiday even though I had previously reserved for a different price. We argued and she agreed to give me the original rate, but then she charged me and extra 200 dollars. And no it wasn't the holding fee I paid 400 for a 200 dollar rental. I called and complained and got the difference refunded allegedly. Its been 3 business days and I still don't have my refund even though I have an email saying it was refunded. Where's my money? This experience was absolutely terrible I feel like every person I have talked to is just telling me one thing but doing another.
