Great rental experience with Hertz
George was excellent helping me at the time of my rental as well as when I returned the vehicle to them. I rented a 2026 VW Atlas from this location and it was a wonderful vehicle. It was nice and clean and drove very well. My family also enjoyed riding in the vehicle as we rented it for one week. George was kind and accommodating and provided excellent customer service. My only gripe was that it had a weird smell in the beginning but I believe that is the cleaning solution spray they use to wipe the vehicle down. The smell was easily aired out after driving the vehicle with all the windows open for a good 30 minutes. All in all I would recommend and rent from the east Brunswick Hertz location again.
