I registered for a 7 person SUV in late…

I registered for a 7 person SUV in late april, when I arrived with my guests on the 26th of June I was told there were NO cars available, and I wasn't the only customer who was left disappointed. I had to rent a car from budget to get thru the day, and possibly the weekend. Lucky for me they had a smaller SUV 4 person one way vehicle come in late on friday. I still had to pay for the Budget car 1 full day. I filled out another Hertz survey and have heard no words, I guess the reservation means nothing.

Polite staff

Polite staff. Kind of funny how independent you are in getting the car and returning it, but will rent from them again in the future!
