Hertz - Daly City - Mission Street Reviews 

I primarily wanted a van specifically Toyota Siena. The closest car to the van i wanted and what was available at yhe Hertz branch was the Chrysler Pacifica. I am not a fan of American cars and i dont feel comfortable driving one but i didnt have a choice . I needed the car right there and then. The staff suggested that i can have it exchanged at another Hertz Branch. He gave me the number to call which i did and wasnt helpful at all. It said to use the app. I am not a high tech person. I would have appreciated if the number he gave was directly to a person at the other branch or he could have helped tremendously and highly appreciated if he himself called the branch himself. I am sure they have a private number between Hertz branches.That would have meant “ going an extra mile “ for a client/ customer.

It is nice to have Hertz close to my home. The agent, Ariane, was very friendly and professional. She explained things very clearly. The check in process went quickly. I liked how photos are taken of the car and shared with me.
The only hiccup was that the car not quite clean inside. But Paul was fairly quick to take care of that issue.

I appreciate all the help that I get from my team as an employee being with Hertz my favorite bosses that help with good customer service is from Danny works in Daly city thanks for your help. Keep up the good work.
