There was not a long line, and the agent processed the rentals quickly. However, you need to put a sign outside the Garland locations so it's visible. The GPS system doesn't pinpoint your door, and without signage, it took me a little while to find your office. I cleaned the vehicle inside and out, including the windshield, which most rental agencies forget.
