I reserved a large car but when I showed up I was told you didn’t have large cars and I could pay $15.00 per day more for a small SUV or they would cancel the reservation. I was also told I could not get a large SUV as my reservation was “taking away from other people?” Not sure what this means.
One one walked around the car and took pictures so I did it myself before I took the small SUV and after dropping the small SUV off at the same location.
While driving the small SUV the entire front end shook like it needs a tire rotation and an alignment.
I tried to reach out to support but you only respond with text messages. I informed support via text I was driving multiple times asking for a phone call and finally got an 800 number. I told the AI assistant multiple times why wi was calling and wanted to speak to a real person…. After 16+ minutes on hold I hung up…
