The office is dirty, with the office chairs peeling, carpet, filthy. The car was brought to me rinsed and hd dried up dirt on it. This Hertz is absolutely disgusting and I hate going to it.

Booked vehicle not in stock. Forced to pay extra for larger vehicle
When I arrived, they did not have the vehicle their website had let me book. They then told me all they had was a larger vehicle and that I would be responsible to pay the difference, even though they did not plan properly.
Nasty Office, Dirty Cars

Hertz has failed at this location
This location has really gone downhill. I rented from here frequently last year (2025) and was always very happy with my experience, however, this visit was a major disappointment. I reserved a full size car and the car I was given keys to was a piece of junk. The white cloth seats were severely and thoroughly stained all over the entirety of the seats and looked so gross. There was also a rip in the fabric of one of the seats. There were no floor mats and the carpet was very dirty and badly stained even tho it had been quickly vacuumed. There was a large trim panel missing from the interior of the trunk, resulting in a large hole in the trunk with exposed wires and where belongings could fall into and get stuck. The car was white in color, but all the interior door jams were coated in thick, black dirt and road grime. The exterior had been quickly washed, but it was still dirty and looked like it needed to be washed at least ten more times. The exterior was littered with scuffs, scratches and dings all over the entire car. Even a large piece of the right front bumper was hanging down on the driver's side. I expressed my disappointment and requested a different car, but was there was not another full size or smaller vehicle available and I was told I would have to pay an SUV upgrade fee of $80/day, which they would discount to $40/day. Also, they changed their policy and now do not allow overnight parking, but I was not notified of this change ahead of time. Hertz needs to get this car professionally detailed before trying to rent it out again, they need to post their parking situation on their website, and they need to allow their employees to swap out vehicles with another class for customer satisfaction purposes. I do not fault the employees as they were very nice and professional, but I could understand that their hands were tied by corporate. Hertz needs to quit being so cheap and greedy, and take care of their vehicles and customers. They also need to take care of their employees by allowing them to provide excellent customer support and allowing them to swap out vehicles without an upgrade charge to the customer as they frequently last year when vehicles of the reserved class aren't available.
