Hertz - Cleveland - Downtown Reserve Square Reviews 

No cars for an hour and a half. Talked smack about customers as being inpatient. Many lies were a flying. I must have been on Candid Camera. A video on how not to handle customer service.

Clean, quick and professional.

Very helpful at counter. Friendly went above and beyond. Car was not clean

The representative was kind and helpful. However, the facility was in a locked building with no clear signage for access, hertz office was dirty and the vehicle we were offered was not cleaned, smelled like cigarette smoke, was missing the spare tire, and had broken antenna. I felt pressured to take the vehicle and it appeared I would be waiting at least another hour to get a different vehicle.

With the discount I got a very good price on the rental the wait wasn’t so bad and the customer service were nice..

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental agency.

Two things. One, pickup took about an hour because they didn’t have any cleaned cars. They had to wash it before I could have it. Two, When they gave it to me the tank wasn’t full. He said he would mark it in the system and that I just had to return it at the same level. I returned it with as much gas as it had when I got it but still got charged $17 because it wasn’t full. (1 gallon low.)

Daniel and Blain (probably wrong name) were wonderful. I had been to 2 other rental car agencies that day and they came through. It was difficult accessing the office, as it's in a secure office building downtown and instructions never worked the times we tried them.

Exceptional employees. The entire staff are all fantastic!!!!
