A Reservation means nothing
Reserved and prepaid for a 12 passenger van a month and a half in advance for a family trip. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were told the vehicle was already contracted out and nothing else comparable was available. Never received a call or notice in advance that the vehicle was not available. It took 2 hours and the help of a manager from another location to track down a 15 passenger van at the Laurel location, which we had to drive there to pickup. The 15 passenger van had worse gas mileage than the 12 passenger van and costed more money in fuel.
