Appleton airport terrible no can do service.

I had 2 reservations I dropped a car off at the airport flew to the other and my reservation for that one was not there. It was a no can do attitude. He quickly welcomed me to try the competition for a car. I ubered to the hotel got online and booked the same car I likely originally had resevered. The next day I got a welcome back and an attitude. Like suddenly the car appeared at this small airport after 2 hours. No offers to help, I book about 30x a year at hertz, I am spending my weekend finding who I’m changing to.
