Great service, but I wish the Gold Desk was closer to the terminal!!!! It is so hard to drag my bag through the entire garage to get to the Hertz Gold Desk!!!

My experience was wonderful
My experience was wonderful. Professional, courteous and friendly service provided from picking up the keys to checking the vehicle back in. The car was in excellent condition: clean, maintained, and filled with gas. Extending my reservation was easily managed online. I value the services Hertz provides and it’s what keeps me returning.

Unprofessional staff, bad experience
The staff at this location are unprofessional and rude. They are unhelpful, give contradictory directions and make the rental experience unpleasant. I will not be booking with hertz at this location going forward, and perhaps not at all.

The person at the desk was so rude. It was very unpleasant. They did not have the car I ordered. Trying to update my time online for arrival to pick up the car was extremely difficult so I had to call.
