Herpa, synonymous of “masterpiece”
As an enthusiast of military planes and tanks, since I was child I bought many Herpa models which I remember the first one when I was 8 years old when my dad bought me as Christmas gift an An-225 in 1/500 with original livery and UR-82060 registration, as I always been focused on modern planes and tanks from the former USSR also I bought Tu-144D, Il-76 in 1/500 and are very detailed.
Yesterday also I bought a Tu-22M3 in 1/200 and I’m very satisfied of the details such as the swing wings, landing gear and the Kh-22 missiles.
About Herpa I appreciate also Minitanks series with their various assortments such as the T-55 in 1/87 scale that I bought many years ago, also ZIL and Ural trucks were well reproduced.

Excellent Customer Service
My Herpa 1/400 Antonov AN-225 Had broken it’s Front Landing Gear (Lost).
Couldn’t find any on Internet Search.
Last hope was to Contact HERPA.
Wrote them an Email Listing, Detailing & Photographing what was Missing and Broken, Asking them to send me the price & shipping Costs.
Few weeks later Through the Post came Two Front Landing Gear & Wheels. 👍
