This game is REALLY a waste of time and money. When you spend money, you get only the bare minimum in return!!!! Then when you fight in the arena, people 10,000 or more below you can still beat you says a lot about this game! I would give it zero stars if I could! Complete waste of time and money!!!!!

This game used to be fun, equal, and inexpensive to play. Now, the game is all about who wants to spend the most money and has nothing but time to play and develop characters. In other words, professional gamers. Someone can join now, spend a ton of money and be where it has taken most of us years to get to, and do it in little time. It takes too much time with all the events (which will cost money) and everything else they have thrown into it. DO NOT start playing this game unless you have loads of money and time, or love being cheated and frustrated.

This game is just a big scam, it takes people's money and only gives frustration. It is best to not even try or start it. Honestly wish that I never played it, just took my money and it is really sad. Be mindful and avoid it at all costs. Read the honest reviews and consider the warnings seriously. At least you can escape what other couldn't. Be sure to avoid it.

The game is extremely heavily advertised, but unfortunately, 99% of what is shown in the advertisements is not there. In reality, there are just a few mini-games to play; the rest is about guilds, upgrading heroes, and fighting other guilds. If you think this sounds great, imagine that there are 65 heroes, but you upgrade just a few, as it takes ages or thousands of pounds, only to find out that the game is updated, some heroes are now weaker than before, and new ones are added. Your team, which you spent years building, is now obsolete. They constantly do this so you have to spend more money to upgrade other heroes. But the worst thing is that the company was created by Russians and is owned by Russians, and all income goes to Russians living in Russia.

Been good until recently. Videos don’t shut off so don’t get reward. HAVE to restart the game. Reported many times but NOTHING. So RUBBISH service from them…

I play this game for many years and the last few months I have many issues with DT and tapjoy. They don’t want to help you they say every time you did it wrong and we can’t help you. I hope you find a new offer that helps you playing. I can tell you this I stop playing this money game I have lost a lot of friends in this game because they are sick of your money game. I have tried all the support channels but they don’t want to help you they have say to me if o don’t stop complaining about the issue the will block my account.
The support from the game is a useless platform is a robot system and useless for any help. Tapjoy give a random reward list I need to purchase gifts for a lot of money to get my FREE GEMS is not free if you need to pay for it. Friends of my get easy gems for completing small task I need to buy some gifts or play a game and reach level 28 to get my reward but it’s almost impossible to reach it. I have 1 times try it but it’s impossible to reach level 28 in 4 days for getting the X4 bonus I finished the task in 29 days and than they removed my game and they say you don’t reach your task.
It’s a money making game.

Hello, during the x4 offer I downloaded the game stromshot, the rewards were awarded for improving the stronghold and for purchasing packages. I did "reach stronghold level 27" 2 days ago. I did not receive this reward, they write some nonsense to me in the game chat. This is a very large amount of emeralds for the game hero wars, so I am very upset about it. Please do something about it, the offer ends in 3 days, so I fit in the time 100%

The most greediest developers that I have discovered so far, all they want is more and more money, constantly, you can never get enough resources to upgrade your characters, there are plenty of freebies at the very beginning then it becomes near impossible to progress, I have played this game for the past few weeks, hours on end and cannot get anywhere, I have paid for a for upgrades and still get nowhere, you need to spend serious amounts of money in this game, thinking about uninstalling now, the arena and grand arena opponents are always way more powerful and so you cant win a battle, explorer points are near impossible to find, both myself and my wife have agreed no more money for this game, things aren't explained properly, moving server failed and had to start again, loosing money, just a total rip off, however enjoyable the game is to play, which it certainly is, its totally depressing to work so hard and put so much time into a game where you just cant get anywhere, another thing they need to do is to stop putting barriers in place for new players who cant compete in events until they reach level 30, 40, 50, no doubt this is to get people to spend more to upgrade faster, every time you loose a battle its followed by a banner trying to sell you something, you move up VIP levels and its still not enough to access many things, but don't worry, they then offer you a pack to upgrade the vip level, 12 million coins is only enough to upgrade a couple characters and they also charge you repeatedly to carry out the same task when upgrading, I would liken the game to a scam, my wife has played many games like this and they are never this greedy, another thing that now happens is when trying to promote characters, I carry out raids x10 to earn the items, when you click create now the item dissapears and so do your coing, they literally steal the items from you and then tell you, when you complain that that is impossible, and say you must have used this elsewhere, this is even after you click get support whilst still on the same screen where you just clicked create, just beware, find a game with more honest developers whose sole objective isn't to rip you off, if you do play this game, record every moment of the game so you have proof you don't get your items as they will just call you a liar.

The handling of exploits during the event was beyond disappointing. While a few bans and rank removals were issued, the larger issue remains completely unresolved. ALT accounts were seemingly used to exploit the system, unfairly collecting rewards and ruining the integrity of the competition.

To make matters worse, when you report these issues, there’s no feedback or transparency. They are quick to take your money but provide no meaningful resolution or compensation in return—just silence and an attempt to sweep it under the rug.

If you’re considering investing in this game for competitive events, think twice. They seem more focused on profits than addressing legitimate concerns from their players. Avoid unless you’re fine with being ignored when things go wrong.

Hero wars free to play and requires no registration.
I got my team to level 25 in 1st 36 hours.
Then the game stopped working and the only thing I saw is the requirement for email to keep playing.
Requiring "registration" to play is reasonable.
I had seen someone mention FTP and no registration and thought to check it out.
The endless ad campaign in game convinced me that I would not want them to even have my email to spam.
The game has nothing to do with Advertisements.
LMAO I would love to play the game they show in advertisements. But I guess they'd ruin that too with invasive ad campaigns. Maybe I'll make another email just for games like that. But not today. The game is addicting as I did want to keep playing and wasting time. Whew, dodged that bullet. I can learn to ignore ads. anyone who plays for free would have to.
People. we shouldn't waste time let alone money on any games anyway. If you spend money on games, you should at least match your spending by investing in the stock market.

I have also thought for last ten years, as another reviewer mentions, that some gaming platforms could be "Bitcoin Mining Operations" Personally I think that would be brilliant and would like to hear from any insiders if that is happening.

I purchased items during a 4x emerald sale. I completed the requirement and weeks have gone by with no rewards. I supplied multiple screenshots for my email confirmation and keep getting sent back to re-upload images and then close out my ticket. They are refusing to pay the rewards and on top of that my order was already delivered and still done have my rewards.

This game has the worst customer service/support I have ever seen in all my years of playing online games. They blame the players for game errors and are dismissive and completely unhelpful. The company cares very little about its player base and has no interested in helping resolve any issues you may encounter. Do not waste your time or money playing any game Nexters Inc or its parent company GDEV Inc. They put all their money into advertising a fake game that has nothing to do with actual gameplay and completely ignoring everything else.

Total scam, run by incompent scammers, who are completely clueless about running a game. The game is only about getting as much money from players as possible, and we are not getting what we pay for. When bugs in the game happens - and they happens all the time, we lose items we payed for, and the greedy scammers refuse to compensate players- Do not spend money on this SCAM game

This fantasy artwork for this game is as beautiful as it is creative. I started this game only 2 months ago without spending any money, and I am already at level 80 just from grinding super hard the good old-fashioned way.

Every 10-20 levels you rank up allows access to different co-op & PvP & team wargame modes which makes it crazy in-depth if you want, or just play the Campaign mode by your lonely self who cares just try it it’s FUN!
