The media console was packed very well. There wasn’t a scratch on it. We unpacked it on the lower level so it could be taken upstairs more easily. Fortunately we had 2 workers at our house that day who were able to take it upstairs for us. If they hadn’t been there, the piece might still be sitting in the garage until we could find someone to help us with it. I thought your price of $119 to take it upstairs for us a flight of steps was exorbitant so we chose not to pay for that. That is my only negative about the experience.
I’m very glad the piece I chose came back into stock because it goes beautifully.

Amazingly prompt service especially with delivery.

I had a great experience with the Thorsten 72" Oval Dining Table from start to finish. The tabletop arrived the day after I placed the order, and the delivery was excellent, the driver brought it inside and was friendly and professional. I also appreciated receiving a text early that morning with a delivery update. I received an email a few days later to schedule the delivery of the base and I was able to book delivery within two days.
Assembly was simple, my husband put it together in about 15–20 minutes. The quality is fantastic, and he was really impressed.

The quality of this beautiful piece is impressive. It was packed securely omitting the opportunity for damage. I am very pleased with my purchase.

OK, the price was great. The service sucked. They dropped it at the front door and wouldn’t even bring it inside. The product is fine except it’s very hard to open the drawers even if I oil it so in reality that’s why it’s three stars.

The product was the best part - quality. The actual delivery service was great (I liked the 2 guys that came, went out of their way to accommodate my schedule) but scheduling the delivery could be better - days and times offered are limited for a working individual. I cannot sit at home waiting for a desk to come.

Prompt and efficient delivery. Was not informed purchase was from a nonUSAcompany therefore was charged a foreign transaction fee on my credit card which could have been avoided had I been informed, Hernest refused to refund the fee.
Also the wood quality of the vanity not good and no soft closures on drawers. Would not buy again.

We ordered a vanity, had a small hiccup with delivery but excellent costumer service got us right back on track.

The delivery service was so-so and not worth the $200, if you have strong people to carry your furniture yourself, because all they did was bring it in the house and take away the packing material.

The furniture, however, is exactly as you see on the site and I highly recommend!

Ain, my Customer Experience Specialist with Castlery was friendly and quite helpful. It was actually me who made a mistake in ordering the wrong size. Without acting as though this was a huge imposition, she arranged to halt the shipment of the item, and reordered the correct size for me--making sure to keep me informed along the way. She then arranged for the refund due me, and followed up with the credit memo and accounting information. She is a lovely person, and this was a truly refreshing customer service experience! Our furniture arrived faster than anticipated and was packed well. It was easy to put together which was very much appreciated. It was so good to see less styrofoam without compromising the finish of the product.

The dining room chairs arrived promptly and they are just as they appear in the pictures. They are sturdy and low profile, making them perfect for my breakfast table.

I paired the Valborg 63" in Black Elm with a navy boucle round ottoman and gold tray as the centerpiece — the warm wood interior visible through the arched glass doors is the perfect backdrop for displaying colorful cookware and ceramics. I styled the top with family photos, a polka dot vase, fresh greenery, and a gold sunburst accent — intentional but not overdone. The black elm finish against a dusty blue accent wall with a stone fireplace is stunning. The piece anchors the entire room and looks far more expensive than it is.
