Ordered a BBQ for a really discounted good price during black friday. Paid for it directly and then they emailed me saying they don't know when it will be delivered and if it's okey that I'm waiting. I thought it was fine to wait but suddenly after 2 weeks something they cancelled my order due to not knowing when the product can be delivered. They never got me my money back and they keep selling the same product for a higher price which feels odd if they can't promise clients that they will get that product?! Weird

So nice treatment and fast ❤️ the tv we ordered was supposed to be in stock on 30th which was a bummer because we wanted it before Christmas but turns out it waw sent just a couple of days after we ordered! Highly recommend :)

Great deal on a new model Bosch dishwasher and customer service was quick and responsive. What impressed me the most was the delivery and installation service. Super efficient and professional services, I got my dishwasher delivered and installed within a week which is unusual in Sweden. I would definitely buy from Hemmy again.

Overall a good experience even though It took some extra days to get delivery date, and PostNord added even more days as they lost the goods.

Bought an oven that had "3-5 days to deliver". The next day I get an email saying it will arrive at Hemmy in 1 month! Had to cancel my order. Not even a simple "sorry for the inconvinience"from the customer service. Unlikely I will shop here again.

Update: The day after I cancelled my order and Hemmy.se have confirmed that the order is cancelled, they have deducted the money in full from my bank account. They are not allowed to do this until the product is shipped. Unbelievable.
