Superb holiday: First ever coach holiday, and we had an amazing time. Weather was good, and the scenery in Scotland quite stunning. Justin, our driver was great - nothing was too much trouble. The coach was so comfortable - plenty of room for my long legs. Will certainly book with Hemmings again. Many, many thanks for a truly memorable holiday.
Most travel agents have been accomodating during the Covid pandemic. My parents are in the high risk category and are shielding. They tried to reschedule their holiday for next year but Hemmings will not allow it and are not accommodating at all. Very poor customer service. No refund neither. No T & Cs on their website regarding bookings during the Covid lockdown neither.
