I recommend it for those who care about their health.

Today I was buying some Matcha powder and vitamines at Helsemin Vesterbro around 18.30. There were two salesmen in the shop, a youger one and the older one. The older gentleman served me. He was so beautifully pleasant, genuinly nice, professional and provided a great service. I stepped out of the shop smiling. He made my evening. I wish I always had such a wonderful shopping experience. :-)

Really bad service and rude staff in the store in Fields. Also very disappointed in the mindset of the Helsemin staff in Vesterbrogade. They sell a variety of different homeopathy remedies and they don't even believe or have ever tried homeopathy. Yet they expect their employees to sell at least for 300kroner per customer, no matter what the customer came to the store for. They only hire staff that don't know anything about herbal medicines either. Stay away if you want proper guidance and talk with knowledgeable people. There are so many other health food stores in Copenhagen that can provide way better service.

I bought expensive cream from 'Antipodes' that was not supposed to contain ingredient I needed to avoid. It turned out at home that list of ingredients on paper box was different than on cream itself (on paper box there was no ingredient, on cream jar there was). They did no refund, no explanation, nothing to help whatsoever, i will never buy there anything again.

Although my order got stuck somewhere in the process and there was a little bit of a problem with that, I truly appreciate their customer service. The problem was not on their side, but with the delivery company. However, they tried their best to solve it and even send me something extra, which I did not expect. Isn't it just proof of how great their customer service is? Problems can occur, but I am sure that they will solve them for me immediately. Also, their response to my emails was super quick. Thank you very much, that's the attitude from a customer service team that I was waiting for my whole life. Recommend for 100%.

Horrible customer service! They don’t attend to their customers and completely ignores them instead. Level of service shown was disgustingly horrible. - also, they’ve got rude STAFF!

Last Saturday I ordered 2 bottles of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar. Today it is Tuesday and I just got my items. Fast delivery, no problems at all, happy customer. Would order again :)

Great shops but terrible online customer support. I placed an order a month ago and only Now I received the products. I never got an email saying that it was delayed. And one product is still missing. I wrote to them 4 times, 0 answers. I still don’t know when the missing product will be in stock again or when it will be sent?

Helsmin Lyngby Storcenter is normally very nice people how ever on 25th October around 17:00 I rang to check if nettle caps are in stock and the girl is not only rude but I tried to ring again so I can speak to someone, but she lifted and didnt say anything and hangup. I called multiplt times and no answer. I dont live close so I need to check if they have in stock so I can go. I even asked her to google nettle so she knows what it is called in Danish. Intially she said we dont have in stock and when I asked what it is called in Danish she said we have bad communication. Not only rude but very imploite. Helsmin, maybe staff people who can least answer phone.

I have placed an order but didn’t receive the product and get refund.
Worst seller ever.

Ordered a product of 75ml, received of 30ml for the price of 75ml !
They explained they were out of stock.!?

Last week, I placed an order that was delivered in 2 days really carefully packed and full of samples to try out. Really nice surprise! Efficient tracking too. So 5 stars without any doubt !
