Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Now, I’m not the one to write reviews, unless the service have been particularly bad. On the 6th of February I placed an order from Helsebixen, to be specific a mixed pack of shirataki noodles/rice. Couple of days go by, nothing happens. I then get a notification that the rice is sold out, but they expect it back tomorrow. A week goes by and the rice still isn’t there. I get the option to send my order without the rice, and I chose to do so. I paid 135 kr for the pack, this divided by 6 would mean each pack would cost 22,5 Kr, but since they removed 2 of 6 I should have only paid 90 kr. I also ordered a bottle of teriyaki sauce, so the total price of the order was at 183,5. I then call the customer service to ask for a refund of the two packs of rice I didn’t get. The person tells me, that since it’s a package deal, they have to calculate the individual price from the end price of the mix package meaning 33 kr. So what they could do, would be to refund me 3 kr to make up for the difference in price, or I could return the products for a full refund. She also pointed out, that it was a technical error from their site, and package deals shouldn’t have the option to remove products. But somehow it’s my problem/fault, that their system had an error. Long story short, I paid full price, when I bought a deal, on sale, and they owe me 45 kr, but refused to refund it.

It is really boring that there are one or more ordered products that are not in stock. I am of course sorry for the delivery problems.
Having said that, you can always see the stock status of an item before ordering, by clicking all the way into the product. It is listed right where you have the option to put the product in the basket. At the same time, it is also possible to see in the shopping basket under the product itself.
