Intake procedure is not transparent.

The volunteer. Was very polite and gave me psychological breaking point questions. Which I understand. After her meeting with the other volunteers they decided to reserve the dog for 50 euro. I asked about paying extra for the dog to get tested for Barcella. Then she started with her psychological breaking point questions (again) giving examples of her own mistakes. Which I got tired of. It is a shame she did this because we wanted to save a dog. Everyone knows there are no guarantees what could happen, however she was not transparent. Doing this after securing 50 euro reserve costs is a bit questionable.
