Amazing customer experience

Amazing customer experience. I got a waterproof jacket from Amazon that unfortunately developed holes in a few months (past amazon return window). I reached out to the customer service in HellyHensen and they helped me beautifully. Thank you!

Kirghizistan - Sking on the silk-road February 2025

We organized a trip in Kirghizistan , 6 skiers + Italian guide + local guide (suggested).
Amazing days in the Tian Shan Mountains!
We sent beautiful skiing days and powder runs; HH clothing help me to stay dry and warm, topping +4000m mountains in the core of the winter, living in traditional iurta but paying attention at the tricky snow above 30 degrees. Have fun !

While on a cruise in Europe we…

While on a cruise in Europe we purchased a HH jacket.
After returning home we realized the zipper did not work properly.
Since we live in Arizona we could not return to the store so I wrote HH and the very kindly sent me a credit to purchase a new jacket online.
Really appreciate good customer service these days

Helly Hansen products are well made and…

Helly Hansen products are well made and they stand behind their products. Their customer service team is attentive and knowledgeable. They made the process clear and helped resolve my issue. We are an active family and now we will be rocking our gear! Love that they stand behind what they make and think of layers that keep us warm is the coldest conditions.

Thanks to the HH team for all their help

My husband and I have nearly all Helly ski gear, from base layers to our shells and pants. I was so bummed when my nearly new ski shell had a malfunction with the zipper that was beyond any effort to repair. After providing all my info on the jacket, purchasing etc, the HH team was really helpful and are making sure I can get back out there with a shell that zips.
Continue to be a big HH fan and look forward to rocking the brand for years to come - thank you so much.

Ski pants tear …

I had purchased a new pair of ski pants and had noticed after the first day that there was a tear in them and didn’t realize it happened. I reached out to customer care who got back to me right away to rectify the situation.

0 for 2 and the only option to spend more $$ for a third

I bought two separate jackets at the end of last season.
First jacket: (don't remember th le line) I snowboarded for one day and found a large rip in the lining at the arm pit. I reviewed this immediately to the retail site where I bought it.
Second jacket (Powderqueen 3.0): I wore it two days snowboarding. The main zipper broke and I could only wear the jacket by pulling it over my head. I didn't get it returned immediately and so I couldn't return it or go through the original seller. I contacted Helly Hansen as it was under warranty but they would not repair or replace it. They gave me store credit. This year's end is season jackets will cost me >$100 to get a replacement.
Bottom line - I've tried two jackets. Both were broken within days. And now my only choice is to spend more $$ to hopefully get a third jacket that won't break within days. Not holding my breath.

OUTSTANDING!!

OUTSTANDING!!!

HH has given me outstanding customer service with no problems at all on two occasions. First, I ordered a gorgeous jacket that went on sale the next week. No problem, they credited me the difference. Then this time, my beautiful brand new snow queen pants got a tear in the knee on my first outing and they 100% covered them and credited my account. I sent pics and my reciept and they were just so accomodating and I could not be happier. Customer for life.

I had a GREAT experience with HH

I had a GREAT experience with HH. I had a slight zipper defect where it wouldn't unzip at the bottom - I sent them a few photos and told them my problems, and they helped me resolve it within a couple of days. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
