Inflexible and lacking empathy :(

I booked this hotel on Booking.com and by didn't notice that I clicked a month too early. I was travelling and missed the reminders. Upon realising I had missed the date, I wrote to the hotel and explained asking if I could move the reservation to one month later...or at least have a discount on the next stay.

This hotel not only refused any elasticty but actually offered a higher price for the next stay.

My mistake, no question, but a little undersanding would be nice.

Not recommened by me!
