I wanted to leave 5 stars for Temple Family Health NP PLLC for for a great new patient appointment experience! After filling out some of my information I was given provider option within my network and was provided with multiple time options and was seen the same day. I was seen by provider -Tijuana Temple. I truly felt like she listened to my concerns, my overall goal of treatment, and offered a solution we could try. I also wanted to shout out her assistant who I was communicating with to schedule my appointment- He was so kind and wonderful to work with!

I had a scheduled video call with Tony Truong from Klarity Health. I booked this appointment to address an ongoing medical concern: hypersomnia.
While I understand that an initial consultation requires background questions to establish a provider-patient relationship, the manner and content of Tony’s questioning were, in my view, highly inappropriate and unprofessional. After asking about my work, educational background, and daily functioning, Tony began questioning "why" I, as a licensed professional, was pursuing a different career path and told me that my choices “make no sense.” He then proceeded to ask "why" I do not have a significant other, which felt intrusive, irrelevant to the visit, and unnecessarily personal.
I am recovering from depression and anxiety, and I expected a psychiatric visit to be supportive, professional, and clinically focused. Instead, Tony’s approach was anxiety-provoking, dismissive, and judgmental. At several points, he interrupted or spoke over me, preventing me from properly explaining my symptoms. When I attempted to justify why I believed Shift-Work Sleep Disorder was relevant to my case, he quickly brushed it off and told me I “don’t have” the condition because “you would know.” This left me feeling judged and unsafe, and I was not able to fully express myself.
The visit was left unresolved. Tony suggested I ask my PCP instead, and then attempted to upsell me on booking an ADHD evaluation with him, despite my clarifying that ADHD was not my concern. I believe he mischaracterized and inaccurately documented my symptoms, which further erodes my trust in the care I received.
This encounter left me feeling dismissed, invalidated, and dissatisfied with the quality of care. It did not meet the standard of professionalism or clinical appropriateness that a patient should expect from a licensed psychiatric provider.

This was my second visit with Dr. Polanco and she continues to be helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy all the discussion and options which is not always the case with tele-health.

With Dr. James Valinoti
Absolutely incredible first visit. He was patient, inquisitive, made me feel welcome, had an ability to transcend typical video barriers to make me feel like I was in his office. I felt supported and like I had someone on the other end of the phone who truly 'got' me, which is unlike any other first psychiatry appointment I can remember. Instead of feeling anxious, I felt taken care of and even laughed a lot. He is a rare gem that I feel very lucky to have found.

First week using them I saw more patients than I did in nearly 6 months of using ZocDoc or Psychology Today. My practice has now grown to over 60 patients in a little over 30 days. I love seeing emails from Klarity because I know that means more business.

Do not go to this provider is you are attempting to manage current meds. They will refuse to write anything that is considered a controlled substance by the DEA, this include klonopin, which I've been on for years. I am a traveling worker and have been having q hard time going back home to my regular physician.
The google search will tell you that Klarity help with med maintenance and mgmt, but they will write you a message the day of your appointment specifically stating they will not help with klonopin, xanax or similar CS.

I had a great experience overall! My provider was awesome and easy to talk to! She didn't gaslight me once! I saw my provider for an adhd assessment and meds. She listened, she didn't judge, I will be taking my mental health appointments from them from now on, because Candice was awesome and easy to talk to. I haven't had a Healthcare appointment go that well in a long time.

Kelly is the first person to actually listen to what I have to say about my mental health! She is knowledgeable, straight forward, and has gone above and beyond to make sure we could meet on short notice more than once! Kelly is quick to respond in chat and has helped me more in these last few weeks than anyone previous in my lifetime and that is 25+ years of seeking answers!!! Kelly & Klarity have literally changed my life for the better and I could not be more thankful! 10 stars all day long!

I was impressed with Dereks' total procedure in our conversation and appointment.
I took off one star because the information they require to the appointment is extremely lengthy.
Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to complete many forms you will receive through emails from the provider you will be telecommunicating with.

Apt have been good, She has been a help and is honest about the medication and my treatment plan. I see her for ADHA she's happy to help and work with my concerns, open to talking about the field of supplements in combination with medication honestly. Having a Provider you can trust and work with on multiple solutions amazing.
I am very grateful for a provider that is willing to talk and work with you for a real solution not just a pill. thank you

Charles Wade went over and above by taking the time to listen to me and handle the “red tape” associated with my health insurance, which I truly appreciate. He responded to my messages promptly and efficiently. I definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Charles, you’re the best!

I paid $250 for a same-day appointment and asked about Ativan for breakthrough anxiety since their ad specifically mentioned prescribing controlled substances if appropriate. I understood it might not be given, but the doctor dismissed my concerns and instead pushed Zoloft—despite me clearly explaining that I’d already tried it, that it makes me very sleepy, and that I work during the day. I even asked about non-controlled alternatives, but he still insisted on Zoloft, prescribing only 12 pills (not even a full month) and telling me to book another appointment in 12 days.
This came across as more about generating follow-up fees than actually helping. He also implied—without saying it directly—that maybe I’d been denied benzos in the past because of addiction, which felt accusatory and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I noticed they deleted my comment on their Facebook ad after I had said I’d update others on my experience.
I’m not upset about not getting Ativan since they were clear it would only be prescribed if appropriate, but I do feel it was necessary in my case. What bothers me is the dismissive attitude, the short Zoloft prescription, and the push to come back so soon. He also literally told me he didn't want to prescribe it because he didn't know if I'd come back. Overall, I felt unheard, minimized, and that my money was valued more than my care.

Stephanie took the time to listen to my issues and understand them. She suggested a medication that was readily available and inexpensive. The medication certainly fit my need and has helped greatly. I'm thankful to have connected with a knowledgeable and kind provider.

I had an appointment with Noussaiba Ayour. She was kind and very professional. This was a legit experience I had a little trepidation going into it and I had no issues whatsoever. I'm not sure why they are negative reviews for Klarity. I had an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend not only this particular clinician but the website itself they're very thorough.
