Great selection of very good cheeses that we did not know delivered on time exactly when we needed them

Only downside was they replaced the Stilton (as requested) but sent a replacement without a label to tell us what it was.

Usually the cheese we get from Hello Cheese is excellent, that said we're not regular buyers and reserve orders for airfield occasions. On this occasion the cheddar was horrible, the blue cheese was overpowering with the saving graces being the Italian hosts cheese and the brie with truffles.

Product great but only 1 of the 3 parcels I ordered arrived on time and when needed. I guess that was fault of courier (APC) but they need to be more informative and communicate with the customer. No notification given that it wasn't arriving when requested and the tracking my parcel service provided no details as to where it was. Simply got another email 3 days later that it would arrive that day - too late to be given as a present for those that had already gone away for Christmas.

My friends have given lovely feedback about the cheese boxes you provided. Thanks so much!
