I purchased $238 worth of All-in-One Paint products to refinish two bathroom vanities after watching their instructional videos and carefully following the prep process they recommend.

I used their degreaser exactly as instructed, but the paint did not adhere to the surface at all. It barely showed color and started bubbling and separating from the vanity.

I contacted customer service hoping they could help troubleshoot or offer a solution. Instead, I was repeatedly asked for photos and no real assistance or refund was offered, even though I had not yet used the products purchased for my second, larger vanity.

I ultimately had to sand everything down and purchase paint from Lowe’s, which worked perfectly after proper prep. Unfortunately, I’m now out $238 for products that did not perform as advertised.

The tone of the responses I received also felt unprofessional, including multiple exclamation points during what was already a frustrating situation.

I would still appreciate the opportunity for the company to make this right, and I would be happy to update this review if the issue is resolved.

Heirloom Traditions’ paint colors look great online, but don’t count on them matching in real life. When I contacted customer service about the obvious discrepancy, I was brushed off and told it was my monitor or lighting—despite sending them proof from their own website. They flatly refused any exchange or accommodation and hid behind disclaimers while sending me canned responses with smiley emojis. Bottom line: flashy marketing, zero accountability, and customer service that stalls, blames, and dismisses you once they’ve got your money.

I have purchased 6 (six) Bond-n-flex and one kit. The first one with their kit was completely dried out. The others were more pasty which I assume is the norm although it did not spread on the surface well. After thoroughly cleaning with the supplied cleaner from this kit, I applied the product to a leather headboard that had some cracks and tears. This product started to peel as soon as it completely dried. I am now pulling off large sheets of this $30 product in huge chunks. If you try to sand it with the sanding block in the kit it peeled faster. I feel I was ripped off. I used the cleaner which I purchased in their kit and applied per their instructions and videos. However, it does not adhere to the surface that it is applied to. It peels off effortlessly. I have spent nearly $300 for all this useless product.
