Don't apply to Heineken if you are not Engerlish
Heineken UK are doing a promotion for their Heineken Silver Beer, I received an email asking me to complete a short questionnaire. Upon completion I could be entitled to a free pint of Heineken Silver, incidentally I stay in Glasgow - which is not part of Engerlund. So upon completion I was asked to choose a bar that was participating in the scheme, there was only a few all in London area, but it did say I could change my selection later, so I chose a bar and then tried to change it but it didn't allow me to do so. Upon reading terms and conditions I then discover that the scheme only applies to Engerlund - basically no Scots need to apply. So Heineken are being selective and can't tell that Glasgow is not in Engerlund - really intelligent people work at Heienken it would appear......I will be strongly recommending my Scottish friends to bin Heineken from their bars and as a choice of drink, clearly Heineken don't want anyone apart from Engerlish people.

Terrible service from bottom to top
Terrible service from bottom to top. Can't deliver their products on time or have any technical services they are willing to send out to bar with actual contracts.
Simply don't stock their products is the only solution.
