Great customer service and fast refund

I was not sure to buy from them but they had mirrors that appeared to fit my bike that I liked. So I ordered and came quite quickly seeing it came from Germany. Lovely mirrors but one side of my bike had a reverse thread. So I contacted them by email on how to return the goods and they promptly replied the next day - they paid for goods to be returned. They received it yesterday and refunded today. Great service and will buy from them again based on the service I received.

bad product, no reply by email.

I bought a battery not long ago, i mounted it on my bike and after 2days it exploded. I then checked the wires, nothing wrong. Ive since then used another battery (from another dealer) on my bike and it to this day works like it should.

But trouble is Hein-Gericke will not return my Emails and for me to see there isnt a phonenumber to call.

When buying a topline battery for about 190euro that explodes two days after and seller wont be in contact, you know its a scam company.

I thought you could trust hein-gericke but apparenty they arent any better than a sketchy ebay seller, selling bad quality for big money..
