Linda needs to be stopped

I bought hair from Linda, when I was buying she was quick to respond and very sweet. When I ask about my tracking number she keeps on saying I will send or she gives me short answers. I was not expecting this kind of treatment from her. She is taking our hard earned money, she needs to be stopped.

Tjoor Linda is a Scammer shame tjoor

Tjoor Linda is a Scammer shame tjoor, last year i ordered a combo from her it was R1360, it was a curly 10” wig plus 12” straight wig and guess what she sent me 7 bundles of straight weave with no closer. She never respond to me again when i told her that she gave me what i did not order she give bad service!!!

I bought a weave from LINDA 20 inches
and i specified that i wanted a weave not bundles and there for the prices are different....she gave me 10 inchs bundles,she said its easy i can sew it buy myself.....i asked for a change....she never gave me
Last month i ordered a combo weave ,she just gave me bundles with out closures and shes been ignoring me

My fellow S. Africans please dont buy your weaves at Heibuy.. these pple are scammers..they are selling fake hair and robbing pple of their money by not delivering..after takin your money they dont respond to your messages..so be warned of that linda person..

If you bought from this scammer and she ( that's if it's a woman) hasn't sent you hair, calm down and don't fight with them just promise them that you have many more orders coming next week because you have customers or a YouTube channel she'll send the hair very fast. But unfortunately it looks like she just buys the hair from China mall now and sells it to us. But atlist you could still sell that wack hair and recover some of your money. By the way Linda and Hebe are the same person using two different WhatsApp numbers, she'll even reply like two different people and take your order twice. I'm sorry good people.

I ordered hair from Linda the scammer

I ordered hair from Linda, I have been a customer for at least 4 years, this time I saw a ghost, Linda took my money and never delivered ordered items, I ordered a wig and hair piece, she delivered hair piece after I fighting with her begging for delivery, she then sent me the hair, she never delivered the wig, when I complain she says she gave me a closure which was never part of my order, she is a scammer, people stay away from heibuy,am in South Africa Limpopo ,

I ordered hair from Linda for their Valentines special but it's came without closure and i did try to ask Linda instead she ignore my text, she told me that I must buy closure separate which was more expensive then the 5 bundles that I already bought ok I paid for that closure which was R1347 now the closure came the colour is wrong, the hair hair came in a broken seal plastic, the texture is terrible its not what I paid for of which is 20 inch in 36o full frontal lace, when am trying to chat to Linda she just respond to me with Chinese language and i can't read that😏😏please help me to get my refund back

I ordered hair from Linda on the 9th of…

I ordered hair from Linda on the 9th of December 2020,it was 2 styles for 1370...paid all at once. She didn't deliver and kept on saying Wednesday, Wednesday. Eventually she said that there's no stock on the combo. I then suggested that I'll order something different and add the difference. Ordered something worth 1500 and sent her a difference of 130 on the 14th of January 2021. Till today I haven't received my hair, she doesn't respond to my whatsapps and repeatedly sends me a order number of hair that I already received. I just want what I ordered, if not... I'd like my money back. Help please

How do I get my money back

How do I get my money back? I paid on the 27/11/2020 and I received wrong items and with no closure. The following week I adreessed this matter and next week its going to be 2 months, Ive been pleading with Linda to rectify this but with no luck she just forwards me hair to choose from, forever says sorry. When I choose and ask for tracking number she prolongs the matter and sends me pre written text which I feel that everyone has been getting the same reply because sometimes it doesn't even add up to what is being discussed. Eventually she sent me a tracking number and unfortunately it was the old tracking number for the wrong items that were already delivered and she keeps on sending me this tracking number. I am annoyed and more, all I want is my money back and she must find a way to fetch.

The treatment we receive and promises…

The treatment we receive and promises are deceiving. I'm annoyed by Linda guys I order a body weave was sent a wrong color secondly on this same order a 30 inch that suppose to have 5 bundles and a closure. 😭 I only received 4 bundles no closer. Instead Linda asked if I don't like the colour she sent me. Also am I not lying that there missing pieces for the 30 inch straight weave. I'm angry 😡

Well I laybuyed a frontal lace Bob weave from LINDA and when I finished my payments, I asked her to send me a Pic of the weave I laybuyed cuz I wanted to be sure she still remembers which weave I laybuyed, she dragged a Pic she first sent me when I first talked to her and still had the nerve to lie and say that she doesn't have the pics any more cuz she has a new phone. And then she again sent me a fringe wig and she was like is this it, and I talked to her and told her which wig I laybuyed and she promised to send it and that by Friday I will receive it and then when I asked for a tracking number on Thursday, she started asking me to confirm order fir the third time which then meant she never even attended to my order, I was furious and annoyed and she started saying sorry and those stupid emojis she uses instead of real words to explain her rubbish service. She went on to say that by Wednesday I will get it, I received the hair but it wasn't what I ordered, instead of a already made wig, she sent bundles and a closure which is cheaper than the wig I paid for. I told her that this is the wrong order, she keeps apologizing but she is not prepared to rectify her mistakes, she is really annoying and she is a dog

It's being 3 months now waiting for a…

It's being 3 months now waiting for a wig and a closure, it 3 years I order with Linda without any problems place a order this July hair came in August all hair was wrong i only received 1 wig instead of 2 and bundles without a closure, when I ask her she keep on telling me hair will come next week now it October when I talk to her now she not replying me
