I have bought from Hebtroco before and really like them but this time was not great. I ordered a shirt for my wife - she opened it on Christmas and it was too small so I measured it and found it was a Medium instead of a Large as labelled. Sent it back and Ed confirmed the mislabelling but said no more in stock (despite their site saying there was stock). So he said they would reimburse me. They have but have not repaid the original P&P or my return postage. So I’m out of pocket by around £16 for something that was their problem not mine. I’m posting here because recent emails have not been replied too. EDIT: after this review Ed got in touch to sort refunding postage saying it was an oversight. So alls well etc. have upgraded my rating.

I've had their jeans for a few years now and they still fit and feel great - superb quality. I also wanted to shout out the fantastic customer service - I lost a couple of buttons from two pairs of jeans (nothing to do with the quality of the seeing, entirely to do with the quality and quantity of great beer available in my local pubs, so significant additional strain was applied to certain threads!). Contacted Hebtroco for some help and buttons were supplied, no fat shaming required.
Cannot recommend their products highly enough

I've not had a pair of jeans this good for quite some time. Possibly never. There's nothing worse for a man in his late 40s trying to buy clothing that's aimed at 20 year olds. These are proper, just the right amount of looseness but not too baggy, enough crunch to defy gravity where it's welcomed, enough length for a proper turn up, gorgeous panels, and the smell!! I had completely forgotten what it was like to own/wear quality clothing. Well chuffed with these.

I highly rate Hebtroco. I love the UK made ethos, the well thought out designs and high quality construction.

Here is a warning to anyone unfamiliar with the brand: due to the limited runs of certain items, by the time I decide I'd like to order/pre-order, sizes are often out of stock, usually within a few days of an email drop. This of course, is frustrating at times, and reflects a common behaviour among buyers of these types of brands (i.e cult following, limited batches etc), with some people only buying to then sell later on eBay at an inflated price (stating it's limited edition or no longer in production as a selling line). Well of course, the very nature of Hebtroco's manufacturing process is of a limited, small batch nature, so anyone knowing the brand will already know this (this should not justify price gouging). Anyway, I'd love to have a whole wardrobe of Hebtroco. Unfortunately, I do not have the income or circumstances like many who can seemingly justify regular purchases, but an occasional beanie or pair of socks will have to suffice for now. I'm more than happy with the items I have bought and their customer service and communication is excellent and should be envied by many businesses.

I’ve worn HebTroCo jeans for the past 4-5 years! They’re an absolutely brilliant product to begin with the added bonus of outstanding service!

My first pair lasted about 4 years of daily wear. I purchased my second pair of “daily jeans” (I’ve got going out ones as well) to replace them!

When they arrived the quality was as expected. Unfortunately, after a month or so the stitching failed in a few spots and I contacted the HebTroCo team. They couldn’t have been more helpful and arranged getting the jeans back to them and repaired! Once returned they were as good as new!

Yes, they’re more expensive than high street jeans, but the quality is far beyond anything you’re used to!

Oh my goodness these boys are good. Some of, if not the, best clothing I have bought. The quality of the jeans has to be experienced to be believed. Yes, they’re expensive, but worth every penny. Go on, buy something from them and you’ll see!

Every (online) clothing retailer is so caring, so passionate, so much thought and energy goes into ‘what we do’, and what turns up?
More mass produced, dubious quality, often ill thought out Chinese made landfill fodder!

I resisted Hebtroco for a couple of years, I just don’t spend that sort of money on clothes (except I have many times over buying more and more cheap stuff!)

However after deciding to reduce my wardrobe by 90% and replace with far less but better quality, I felt I needed to give them a try.

It’s actually difficult to put into words the feelings I’ve had upon receiving my (now various and many) orders. The quality, care of construction, and sheer thought of design seem to speak silently for themselves.
I never believed that one could feel the love invested in a garment but I almost feel I can. The knowledge that each carefully chosen piece could last me years (and potentially outlive me!) is just so refreshing and wonderful.
This company has genuinely helped me change my views on clothing and how I shop for them.
Their service is second to none (I’ve even had a (personal) email from one of the owners asking me for my views and opinion.
Give them a try, accept that decent, beautifully made clothing costs more money and buy less crap!

The website perfectly describes the size of the products. I bought a pair of jeans. The fit is spot on. 2 months in and they look like new. The best pair of jeans I ever bought and I will definitely get more from them. Despite how hard I'm trying I really can't recommend them highly enough. Get a pair of their jeans and you become an enthusiastic but unpaid part of the marketing team

Like some others perhaps, I had been admiring Hebtroco from afar, but couldn't justify treating myself to such a premium product. Call me a cynic, but I wasn't sure about entering the world of online shopping and not being able to see and feel the products in a shop. However, after reading the ever increasing number of excellent reviews on the Hebtroco website I decided to take the plunge.
Having now retired with a reduced income I wanted to be sure of making the right decision. I am not a fashionista and 'am more interested in high quality clothing that will last. Being assured of all items being made in Britain was a huge plus for me. I need not have worried.
I purchased a pair of chord trousers and a pair of GVNR jeans. They fit like a glove. They exude quality. Construction and finishing details are excellent. So happy. I will definitely be coming back for more and have already forwarded details to family and friends. I have no hesitation in urging anybody reading this review to take the plunge and do likewise. You won't be disappointed.
I'd like to state that I have no association with Hebtroco. However, I have always believed in recognising and extolling the efforts of those who have worked for and with me and I see no reason why that ethic should not extend to those contractors and suppliers who work for me in my personal life as well.

The M16-JPs are incredible. Possibly the best clothing purchase I’ve ever made and worth every penny. The quality of the denim is phenomenal and the attention to the finer details the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Excellent boots, amazing service. Answered all my questions really promptly, everything arrived perfectly. Boots are even better than I expected. Super good all round.

Couldn’t recommend them more highly! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but I returned the order for an exchange with a note in telling them the new size I required and they immediately posted the new set to me.

The quality of the jeans are incredible with a very easy to follow care guide and the free publication was a lovely touch, I will definitely be shopping here again!

I haven’t heard so many nasty things from my wife in the last 14 years. I love the iron shirt, and I feel like I’ve become addicted to it. I think its 1st one in Slovakia. I need more of it. I am already dreaming of real sherpa version for colder days. Thank you for it. Peter

Just received my Roadrunner jacket and it’s absolutely perfect. Really excellent quality and design. A really iconic piece. And the service from the peeps at Hebtroco, as usual, was first class. Proper clothes. Proper people. Proper service.

You guys are a menace to my finances. Your products are comfortable, beautifully designed and creatively thought. I love your interpretations of traditional styles and fabrics. I'll have to buy more, which brings me to how I started this review. You are top class.

Very happy with my new jumper,love the colour, soft and beautifully warm, so go grab one, mind there probably selling like hotcakes so you'd best get a move on . On a different note,Hope your river has improved it's colour , my much loved river Wharfe not so good all white and frothy and smells of you know what 😠

I've been a fan of HTC for a while. Last December I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and needed a hat to keep my head warm. I've worn the beanie most days since. Still fits perfectly. Whether it's a small item like a beanie or a more expensive product like a moleskin overshirt, this stuff is original and expertly made in the UK by a company that cares.
