ITS A SCAM!!
Do not buy!!
First, the company is not in Melbourne. Items are sent from some location in China. The jumper was advertised as 100% cashmere was acrylic/cotton and looked like nothing in the ad. When I contacted them to find out how to return it, they offered me a 15% discount and said "This choice is not only financially advantageous but also has a positive impact on the environment. By avoiding returns, we contribute to sustainability and a greener planet."
I declined even though they kept increasing the discount to almost 50% and asked where to send it. The address looked dodgy but I still sent it back paying an additional international shipping and I shouldn't be surprised that the item has never made it back there. It’s still showing it’s in a facility in China! Complete waste of money…

It's a scam. It sucks.

If I could give 0 I would. Cashmere/wool jumper 100% polyester! They were kind enough to tell me if I wAnted to pay more money they would send me what I ordered. Burn in hell scammers - you are disgusting!!!

I declined and asked where to send it. The address is ridiculous and I shouldn't be surprised that the item has never made it back there. - No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409, Suxi Yiwu Town

It's a scam. It sucks. We live and learn.

THERE IS NO SHOP ON CHAPEL STREET. THE CLOTHES TOOK 6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. NO TRACKING GIVEN. EMAILS SENT EVERYDAY WITH GENERIC REPLYS. FINALLY CLOTHES DID ARRIVE. SMALL. NO TAGS. SHOCKING CHEAP QUALITY. NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE OR INSTAGRAM SHOWS.
TOTAL RIP OFF. SO ANNOYING. I WAS COMPLETELY STUNG!!! I HAVE REPORTED THIS FAKE SITE

It's a complete scam. I thought I was buying a knitted sweater but what showed up was pretty much a plastic bag with sleeves that had an out of focus flower print on it.
They like to mention how refunding it is "bad for the environment" but in the same sentence mention their 'factory in China'. They are churning out absolute rubbish.
They also keep pushing an 'offer' where I spend more money with them. "Buy another item from us and get 15% off instead of a refund on your plastic bag".

False item description and a complete rip off. It seem they have stolen others images and used them in their website to falsely advertise, then you contact them to return, its up the to buyer to return at their own expense to a Chinese warehouse dispite a clear scam. Disgusting!

Cheap substitutes of expensive items. Undersized by three sizes. Asked for a refund and getting multiple emails “encouraging” me to keep them and accept a discount on a future item. Now telling me that have to send items to Asia “which is expensive”. Total scam.

This is a complete scam. Do not buy from here. I purchased a pair of size 10 boots and they are lucky to be a size 8. I also purchased a knitted jumper or what i thought was a jumper only to find out it was a thin piece of polyester with a print that looks like knit. They will not give me a refund even though they have falsely advertised the product. Absolute scammers. You are better off buying this direct from Temu or Shein cause at least you will pay what its actually worth.

Totally different product turned up. Not knitted, a synthetic horror. Asked for a refund and was politely told that the terms and conditions protect them from actually using a real image of what they are selling. Disgusting!

Absolutely horrific, disgusting misrepresentation of products. Just pure lies. The trust pilot reviews on their website are all fake. There is no way anyone is happy with these horrible rip off second rate sweat shop clothes.

I ve asked for refund for jeans I ordered and address to return their product. They offered me another pair of jeans and avoided to provide address....unprofessional and very dodgy company...Avoid them!!

Exactly same experience as Natasha . Advertised as cashmere . When it arrived it is a mix of acrylic and cotton . Colour fit and comfort ok BUT this is false advertising . Correct the description on the website so people are not mislead . Deception is NOT a good look.

Don’t even think about it!!!! Items received absolutely nothing like pictured. $110 straight down the drain :(

I recently received my order, expecting a cashmere cardigan as described. However, the item is made of acrylic, which is completely different from what was advertised. This is misleading and false advertising. Very disappointed with this purchase.
