Worst shop ever, staffs very ruthless,wait more the 10 min someone to look after you,disrespectfully.

Great furniture place the service they give is brilliant from buying our sofas to them being delivered by Dan &Callum who were great very friendly and good at there job very professional will definitely use them again thank you from Austin and Andrea x

Visited newly redone shop in Blanchardstown and we didn’t had the best shopping experience and that’s said gently!
We were buying a good few items like men’s trousers x4,kids runners,ball,backpack…after the sale went true I checked receipt as I thought it was too high,we were charged twice for kids shoes,okay…mistakes happened lady probably scanned twice,but then I looked at the backpack which was priced as sale price €65 and I was charged €92,girl at the till questioned that with manager (Anna) and she said no that’s mistake and I was charged correctly,even tho the tag said clearly €65,how is this okay?No need to say manager was rude and ignorant,no “sorry about this it’s staff mistake putting wrong label” etc NOTHING!Didnt even look at us!I would not go back to that shop and I feel sorry for staff and customers there,it seems like customers are charged whatever,I was overcharged by €60 + and I ended up getting refund for the bag because I don’t feel this is right,it’s shops and managers mistake not mine,that’s one sale and one customer,to how many this happens during the day?I rather pay more,but go shop somewhere else…it’s sad seeing nicely redone shop with no customer service and manager that doesn’t understand any of retail basics not even talking about “normal” customer service….I would give -1 but it’s not possible

Store refuse warranty before expire date, menager says I used the slippers and they tore apart, that the reason not accept warranty.

I ordered 3 swimsuits from Heatons not realising they would be dispatched from Sports Direct. Out of 3, 2 arrived in the wrong colour. After 13 emails to and from Heatons where they kept fobbing me off with messages about needing an external company to investigate the issue, they put me on to SD who said I had missed the window for returns.
Wish I had read the reviews here before buying from them online.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... NO CASH OR CARD REFUNDS, FOR RETURNED PRODUCT.... ONLY STORE CREDIT...I will never ever shop there again..

Purshed shoes which were odd ie 2 odd shoes' tried to return them and shop would not refund my money offered credit note however I require my money back was faced with ignorant store manager, my advice is dont shop here con artists .

This store will not exchange goods without labels attached. Received two tops as a Father’s Day gift and they would not take them back even though we had the receipt and the tops were in perfect sealable condition.
Stay well away from this horrible shop. Really rude shop attendants. I will never shop here again.

I've just read few reviews about Heatons on Trust pilot. Well, I should have done it before purchasing in store in Charlestown shopping center. I bought 2 packs of underwear in size L and S whereas I meant to buy 2 pack in L size. Exchange denied next day based on store policy due to 'hygiene reasons' despite of product being in original packing clearly not used. It wouldn't have matter if I realized the mistake right after the purchase. The store manager could certainly do with training in customer facing role!! I was very annoyed, I will be returning all other products I bought 2 days ago and won't shop there again! Common sense doesn't prevail over ''store policy'' so you won't get my money!

Returned with an item purchased 4 days ago with receipt everything intact after being told you would get a refund this was denied by a rude & ignorant male who could do with some customer service training and some grooming tips not sure if this guy was part of management or not but he was totally incapable of any type of customer service avoid this place at all costs particularly over the Christmas time as you will be told you will get a refund and this is not the case avoid avoid avoid

Terrible inexperienced staff, rude and they do not care about customer experience. Never Never Never shop there again. The store is full of junk...

Would never buy in heatons again.purchased sports gear in store at blanchardstown paid with debit card.I remembered I had a credit note tried to get a refund on my debit card so I could use the credit note but manager in heatons refused this all happened within 2 minutes same day same store worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never buy from heatons again

Absolute disgusting you can’t get a full refund in any of your Heaton or sport direct stores I am one customer who will never shop in here again would much rather travel the globe looking for products I need then ever shop there again ... you will loose a lot of customer due to this

Purchased clothes in Heatons 2 days ago.Returned then today and was told credit refund only. Absolutely disgaceful. They will loose customer's over this.Very unprofessional.

No refunds... I only realised after research that Heaton's have been taken over by Sports Direct,and are still trading under Heaton's good name and reputation, I got conned today on refunds thinking I bought from Heatons and refunds would be no trouble,yet I was given a Heaton's receipt and bag,be careful Sports Direct are not a customer friendly company so please don't buy from them.

No refunds that is ridiculous only credit notes in blanchardstown. Most shops give refunds. This is such bad customer service for the sake of 15.00 euro.

Unprofessional and unhelpful! I never got my package With my order. When I contacted them. They said it was delivered to XY address (not mine). When I asked them, so why I still haven't got a refund!? They said "we can only apologise for this." Oh, really!?
