Ordered 2 Secure (Horstman) H3747 Programmers. Both units came in boxes that were previously opened and the units were already used ad dirty. One unit was already 12 months old and the second one had the serial number and MFG date stickers removed. The instruction manuals were written on by the previous users. The item was ordered with express next day delivery due to urgent requirement for replacement programmer as previous ones had failed. The items was delayed and arrived after 2 days - so that was no good as had no heating and now have to get more units for elsewhere and waste more time without heating .

This supplier has no phone number and cannot be contacted . Only an email address is provided and i am still awaiting a reply from them

First class customer service. I had an immediate and very helpful response when I asked for help with a faulty motorised heating valve that was within warranty. A replacement part was dispatched the same day along with clear instructions about returning the faulty part. Heating now working again! Well done Heating Controls Online.

Rightly priced products and very responsive teams!

I ordered for a Siemens RDE100.1 and got it delivered in a couple of days. Once the heating engineer visited me (about 4 weeks after the delivered product), I was told I've ordered the wrong device!

I emailed Heating Controls and they agreed to accept by return (their returns policy allows returns up to 20 days after delivery but they did accept my case) and sent in the refund after that - all quite seamless!

Strongly recommend them!! :)

I ordered a new 3 way heating valve, then discovered a few hours later that I had in the depths of my paraphernalia a separate valve and a separate actuator which I could team together. I then emailed to cancel my order and HCO did this without fuss, and refunded my credit card promptly. Pretty good service, methinks.

They answered my question very quickly, enabling me to received the thermostat I needed asap the next morning. Very impressed! Also I couldn't find anything like this for the price anywhere else!!

I tried to have a faulty product returned which had a five year warranty but Heating Controls Online would not accept it, saying the product was out of warranty which it was not.
They are very difficult to contact by phone and do not respond to messages left.

I'd been looking for a product for ages and had asked loads of companies if they had it or could tell me where to get it. No-one had it or knew where to get it.Heating Controls gave me the answer immediately and I ordered it.

Totally impressed! - bought a Drayton thermostat in July last year. No problems until last December and then it got very unreliable with the initial program of the day. Contacted Drayton / Schneider who told me it was faulty and to return it to HCO. Contacted Heating controls online and received a response within an hour to tell me it was probably a slightly iffy 'feature' with the 'Eco / delayed start function' in the service settings - which it was. I cannot fault their customer service - absolutely first class. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I needed two motorised valves. It was easy to find the exact ones I wanted. They were well priced. They arrived the next day. The service couldn't have been better.

I ordered a salus rf thermostat and receiver in November 2022. After about a month the thermostat screen kept freezing. Contacted Heating Controls online via email with a description of the problem. I got an instant reply. Just had to complete a simple form and a replacement was sent within 24 hrs. I have ordered twice from them and have received excellent service on both occasions. If you are looking for heating spares then you would be best to contact Heating Controls online.

Fantastic experience - was able to find the right component when my central heating failed and I was unable to obtain the part locally.

Fine if you have no problems with the item but if you have a technical concern they will not be willing to help. My query was met with inane email responses and no technical help whatsoever.

I ordered a Danfoss actuator on Monday arrived on Tuesday morning it is now fitted and working!
Price was really good and service excellent.

Shocking customer service. Ordered two thermostats only to find when delivered they were not only defective but also out of manufacturers warranty. The fault was confirmed by Danfoss after carrying out their checks. Returned items only to find they steal money from your refund due to them stating it’s the wrong stats for my system. They don’t respond to emails, lie and sell faulty goods. Do not use them

I purchased a Siemens RDJ100 thermostat from Heating Controls Online. Bit tricky to set up so that we had one temprature in the mornings and another, slightly higher for the evenings. Online support couldn't have been better. Quick, polite and efficient. Next time I need anything to do with central heating I will go direct to this company.
