Had my boiler serviced today and Scott Fuller the engineer was great, very polite and friendly. Very efficient and respectful of my property. Top class service with Heatforce.

They are always on time do they job. Give information that is useful and at any time you have problems you only have to phone and someone will sort it .

Heatforce installed our Worcester boiler some years ago and did a great job. They provide an annual service and their staff are always thorough friendly and professional.

Engineer arrived on time he introduced himself Marcus he was polite and took care of surroundings. Marcus was professional and explained certain questions I asked he was very knowledgeable and I would recommend Heatforce to others.

The booking process was easy and Heatforce always send out an annual reminder for the service appointment. The engineer phoned in advance of his visit to let us know he was 10mins away. Huw is a highly personable, professional engineer who works quietly and efficiently. He is very informative and gives advice on the best way to look after the boiler. He updated our service records with all the relevant information. He checked the efficacy level of inhibitor in the system to ensure relevant levels of protection. Thank you.

Annual Boiler Service
Engineers arrived for morning appointment all as previously arranged
and carried out boiler service. Both eng were very efficient, pleasant and friendly.
However, when I first contacted the company to make a repeat yearly service appointment, I was informed it would only take place on the receipt of full payment prior to the engs visit, this did cause me some concern as on previous occasions I had paid on receipt of the work carried out, and not prior to.
A confirmation text or call with information regarding identification names and vehicle license plates would have been appreciated.
Your operatives must visit domestic premises very often, therefore I'm sure many home owners would appreciate it
if you provided cover over shoes to protect sometimes very expensive floor finishes.

Had a reminder and appointment easily made. The guys turned up as scheduled and were polite and efficient. Pleased with the respect they showed while carrying out the service and cleaning up when they finished. More than happy with the company and their engineers and will continue to use them.

Always nice engineers they do a thorough job. Never had reason to complain

Heatforce has been great since the new heating system was installed 2 years ago. Following the installation work we have used them to perform an annual service. We are prompted at the point the service is due, they arrive on the correct date and time, and complete the work without any fuss. I highly recommend Heatforce if you are looking for heating services.
