Vanessa

Vanessa, my clinician, was both courteous and professional during my visits to the clinic. She was helpful and informative in explaining and fitting my new hearing aids. Her knowledge and service was first class.

Great service and advice

Great service and advice, the whole process was very easy.Alistair was very professional and honest in what was available.Also price was a fair bit cheaper than other Companies.

I cannot fault my experience with…

I cannot fault my experience with Hearing Choices. I wish I had made a move in this direction earlier.
I have found the staff to be excellent.
Perhaps, I have been reluctant to apply for Hearing Aids due to problems experienced with older people over past years.
The Hearing Aids I have are better than I had hoped for.
To say that I am extremely happy with the outcome, would be an understatement.

I did not know how bad my hearing was until…

I did not know how bad my hearing was until they were tested and got in touch hearing Choices, they were very helpful in getting into Total Care hearing services at Kanwal N.S.W, They were so professional in getting fitted up with a pair of Resound Linx Quattro hearing aids. I have been using then for 5 days and am more than happy with the outcome. Had I realised how much they would help my hearing. My wife is the most happy one the TV is only at half the volume it was.

Test before purchase is great incentive.

Great to have opportunity to test hearing aids before purchase to ensure they are worth the expense. An experienced audiologist was very informative and keen to optimise the devices to suit my hearing loss.

Hearing Choices gave me an opportunity to get a second opinion regarding my hearing aids. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome and now have excellent results thanks to Stephen Tate at Blooms.
