Won on no deposit bonus and I logged out to come back later when I logged back in my money was gone. When speaking with customer service rep she was extremely condescending with nothing but excuses, no explanation other than I played the money which I absolutely DID NOT! Scammers. I tried to withdraw when I finally won, they deleted my account and the $1100 of "withdrawable" funds with it.

I won first place in a tournament. The prize was 67 dollars and they gave me $106. Then told me I couldn't cash out due to multiple free promotions.
Here's the thing, they have denied my attempts to use promos by saying "sorry" once I enter the code. Sometimes they grant it. It seems to me that since they can deny or approve a promo request then that takes away any right they have for complaint. Forget the fact that I haven't seen any warnings on any online casino warning anyone that even if they're approved a promo request that they will not allow you to withdraw winnings even if you win in their tournaments or if you play through their outrageous playthrough requirements. I'm contacting the gaming commission and looking into what needs done to force online casinos to take accountability.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. The casino requires a min of $30 deposit before cashing out on a "free" bonus. Also they rejected every document as well as every photo I submitted for proof of identification. Customer service advised me to get help by emailing the customer service's email account. Also when I requested the deletion of my account they claimed it wasn't allowed. SCAMMERS. they denied my every attempt to withdrawal my winnings yet required me to make a non refundable $30 verification deposit. It does NOT make sense. Why would I deposit money when already I've been denied identity validation.

I just went through so much bs with these people. The deposited with a no deposit bonus. They gave me free spins with it and let me win 100 because who wins that much on 40 small spins. You never do. So before the spins it was 154. Then when they made spin it went to 260 or around that. The playthrough on everything was then over well over 3,000. I signed up with thid website with the 100 free spins of dragon gems, Withough realisation, I had a playthrough bonus of 1,300 dollors, I actually managed to get all the way through the play through, and still had 400 dollors. After the playthrough was completed, it automatically took 280 dollors back as a playthrough bonus.... I but I only had 90 dollors in there..... i mistakingly depostied the 30 dollors in hope of taking out the 90... I then had to message them, they wanted my id, and bank account details to deposit, I did so, regretfully....
